We are available to design a variety of special events, including:

- Graduations and Retirement parties (both Military and Civilian)
- Any occasion that calls for a celebration of life!
All our services include a complimentary initial consultation.
Wedding and Event Design and Decor service:
This service specializes in customizing a design concept for your wedding or event. We start by mapping out color choices, “look and feel” of the event, as well as your vision. We discuss venue logistics and layout, rental items needed to make your vision a reality, and suggest the perfect vendors for your style, needs, and budget. We would be glad to schedule, and attend, up to three professional appointments with your chosen rental vendor. On event day, we manage and coordinate with decor vendors to ensure that setup and tear down is efficient and correct. (Please note: Client is responsible for contracting vendors. Some restrictions apply to tear down services. Wedding Management not included).
Wedding Management service:
Ideal for our bride who has planned everything to perfection, but requires a trusted Wedding Coordinator to execute the vision so she can relax and spend her day celebrating! We start our partnership with you two months before your wedding to review details on items you have crossed off your list, and help you tackle those that still need attention. We tie this all together with up to twelve hours of event day coordination. Two in-person meetings, two scheduled calls, and unlimited email are included. This service is available to book months before your wedding.
Partial Planning Wedding service:
Ideal for the bride that has some elements or her wedding day planned, but still needs some guidance, help, and suggestions from a trusted Wedding Planner to fit all the pieces of the “wedding puzzle” together. We start our partnership eight months before your wedding day, and this service can be booked up to twelve months out. This service is a combination of our “wedding management” and “design and decor” packages, as well as offering vendor suggestions that may still be needed. We also ensure that you don’t miss any items that need to be completed with our checklists. Three in-person meetings, three scheduled calls, and unlimited email are included.
Full Planning Wedding service:
Ideal for the bride that wants a Wedding Planner for every step of her planning journey. Our partnership starts right away and is available to book up to eighteen months out. We will help you with wedding ideas, budget, design & decor, venue and vendor selection, invitation etiquette, RSVP management, and provide you payment reminders. We share checklists to make sure that nothing is being missed along the way. Have out of town guests? We will help with reservations, transportation, and guest welcome gifts. We also check in with you through scheduled calls, in-person meetings and unlimited emails. We are liaisons for your vendors, family and friends, and bridal party on your wedding day. Wedding Management is included. (Please note: Cost of items for guest welcome bags are not included.)
Event Management service:
Ideal for the client who wants a great party but requires help to bring the vision to life! They want to show up and have a good time! Our partnership starts 6 months before your event (time frame may vary due to event type) to discuss different aspects (budget, location, food, theme, decorations), suggest vendors if needed, be the liaison between client and vendors event day, create an Event Timeline, and ensure that it all runs smoothly with up to eight hours of coverage on event day. Three in-person meetings, three scheduled calls, and unlimited email are included.
Every package includes one Event Assistant. If logistics of event includes two locations, or a large number of guests (175+), additional fees may apply for mileage and additional assistants.
